What we collect
- Inquiries and bookings: your name, email, phone, occasion, date, budget, location and the details you share about your vision.
- Members: your account details, and optionally your birthday, anniversary and the dates you save in your Love Calendar, plus a partner’s name and email if you invite them.
- Payments: Stripe processes card payments. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details.
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, plan your experience, send quotes, payment links and booking updates.
- To run your membership, including reminders before birthdays, anniversaries and saved dates that you choose to receive.
- To ask for a review after a completed booking.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, Google (if you use Google sign-in) and our website hosting.
- Vendors we book on your behalf (for example a hotel, restaurant or performer) receive only what they need for your booking.
Cookies and storage
- We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your sound settings and keep your shared-calendar link working on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
- You can update your member details or turn off reminders at any time in the member lounge.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.
- Members can remove a partner’s access to the shared Love Calendar at any time.
Security and retention
- Passwords are encrypted and payment details are handled by Stripe. We keep booking records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements.
